Join the Loving on Empty Caregiving Conference, a free online caregiver conference created to support family caregivers with practical information, resources, and encouragement.

Caring for a loved one can be meaningful, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. This virtual conference is designed to help caregivers better understand the challenges they may face while providing tools and guidance they can use in everyday caregiving situations.

The conference begins with the keynote presentation Caring Hearts, Caring Hands: Navigating Dementia Together, presented by Leslie Dubin, LMSW, ACSW, Owner and Director of Maturity Matters, PLLC.

Caring for someone living with dementia can bring changing needs, difficult decisions, communication challenges, and caregiver stress. This session will provide caregivers with practical strategies and compassionate guidance for navigating those changes.

Participants will learn more about the dementia disease process, effective communication techniques, useful caregiver resources, and strategies for reducing stress while protecting their own well-being. The presentation is appropriate for family caregivers, friends, and professionals who support people living with dementia.

The free online caregiver conference offers an opportunity to gain useful information, connect with caregiver resources, and learn strategies that can make caregiving feel more manageable.

Whether you are currently caring for a spouse, parent, relative, friend, or another person living with dementia or other age-related needs, Loving on Empty is designed to provide education, encouragement, and support.
